John Oludare BSW, RSW

John is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, where he earned a Bachelor of Social Work, and is a licensed social worker in the Province of Manitoba. With over 16 years of experience in the social services sector, he has dedicated his career to supporting individuals and communities through compassionate, client-centered practice and collaborative leadership.

John began his career with Main Street Project in 2009, where he held a variety of progressively responsible roles over a 14-year period. Starting as a Frontline Support Worker, he advanced into leadership and ultimately served as a Program Manager. Throughout his tenure, he gained extensive experience in program development, case management, team leadership, and community-based services.

In 2022, John joined the Centralized Home Care Program (HCP) as a Case Coordinator with the Lennox Bell Transition Program, where he supported clients transitioning safely from hospital to community. Since March 2024, he has served as a Service Coordinator with Shared Health, coordinating services that promote independence, well-being, and continuity of care.

John’s professional philosophy is grounded in mutual respect, honesty, integrity, and collaboration. He is passionate about fostering meaningful relationships, advocating for equitable access to services, and empowering individuals to achieve positive outcomes. His diverse experience and commitment to excellence continue to shape his contributions to the communities he serves.
