Adenike Ayoola BSc, BSW, MSW (candidate), RSW
Adenike is a dedicated social work professional with a multidisciplinary academic background that includes a BSc in Economics, Bachelor of Social Work, she is registered with the Manitoba College of Social workers and a Master of Social Work (MSW) candidate. With more than 12 years of experience in child welfare and the mental health sector, Adenike has developed extensive expertise in supporting children, youth, adult and families facing complex social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Throughout her career, Adenike, has demonstrated a strong commitment to advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community wellbeing. Her professional experience spans case management, crisis intervention, mental health support, and collaborative work with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes for vulnerable populations. She is passionate about lifelong learning and professional growth, Adenike continues to expand her clinical knowledge and leadership capacity through advanced social work education and practice, community building and mentorship. She is the founding Executive director and President of the Manitoba Association of Black Social Workers.
